I met Ben just days after his first birthday. He is quite a character, on the move to say the least. His mom Robyn wanted to have a photo session that represented him at his one year mark. He is a speedy little guy with a killer personality, and with eyes like his, I am sure he will be popular with the ladies! We had a great time and I am so pleased that we were able to get some great photos of this little family.

As some of you know, I had the extreme honor to go and photograph Chris and Joumana’s wedding in Sharm el Sheik, Egypt in April. Chris being from Canada and Joumana from Saudi Arabia, the wedding was an international affair (I think there were 7 countries represented!)
The wedding was held at the Ritz Carlton as dusk, with a beautiful view of the Red Sea. They brought some tradition from the Malawi culture (Joumana’s mom is Malawi) to the ceremony with fantastic drummers that lead them to the reception. The whole day was beautiful and everyone had an amazing time. The amount of love at this wedding was truly amazing, I know that Chris and Joumana have definitely found their soulmates. Thank you so very much for having me take part in your very special day! I feel truly blessed to be able to be such a important part of it… I look forward to seeing you guys in Vancouver.
