June 16, 2010I recently did a shoot with The Bar Method Vancouver. In case you don’t know who they are or what it is, you should check it out. Carolyn, one of the lovely models is the owner of the first Vancouver franchise of the Bar Method. The Bar Method is a transformational workout that combines ballet, yoga and Pilates to create lean, firm, sculpted bodies through its high intensity no-impact workout. They are opening their doors in early fall and I am sure there will be a line up out the door to get in on this fantastic workout!
Devin – Vancouver Maternity Photography
June 3, 2010I met the lovely Devin in May. She is fantastic! Her dear friends bought her a baby and belly gift certificate to have some maternity portraits done and then when baby get here we will do some newborn shots. I have to say I really love Devin, she is full of energy and has a great presence about her! Her and her husband are so totally in love, it makes me smile… their child is going to grow up in a very loving home! Here are a few of my favorites from the maternity shoot, I have to say I am looking forward to meeting the new little one when he/she arrives.
John and Pat – Vancouver Engagement Session
May 21, 2010I love these two…I had the pleasure of shooting their engagement session a week or so ago and WOW they were so fun!! Avid Canucks fans they had to get their jerseys in a few photos…unfortunately there is no big win to celebrate this time but we will wait it out, right guys? We did our engagement session around UBC and down at the beach, and I have to say they rocked it!! I am looking forward to their big day in July! Thanks for the great times guys, you made it easy for me!!! 
Maternity Photography
April 7, 2010I met the beautiful very pregnant Cindy at Rodney’s Oyster Bar which has some special meaning to her, as she first met her partner there. We got along great and I discovered that she was due in a week and did not have the opportunity to have any maternity portraits taken. So we booked something in right away and I am so pleased I got to capture some great images of her and Jeff before the baby came. Thanks guys, I am looking forward to meeting the little one soon!!!

Maternity and Newborn Photography
March 14, 2010I had the pleasure of photographing Jenn about 2 months ago when she was just about ready to give birth to her beautiful baby boy, Jonah. We did a baby and belly session with her and her husband Mark, I have to say they are a great couple! So warm and so completely in love with each other and the newest addition to their family. It was a treat to be able to capture some images of them in the first month of Jonah’s life.
Lylah and Ruby
March 12, 2010I photographed Lylah last year when she was just a couple weeks old. Her mom Holly called me in March and wanted another photoshoot, so I was more than happy to do it. I always love being able to follow a child through their stages of life. Once I got there I realized that there was a new baby, Ruby! She and Lylah are 9 months apart… Ruby was early by a few months but needless to say a bit of a surprise. Lylah is a doting sister even if she is not 100% sure what is happening… Here are a few of my faves.
Olympics, Vegas and more
March 11, 2010Wow it has been a busy month, I worked every day during the Olympics at the fantastic Atlantic Canada House shooting food, bands and great times. Then immediately following I was off to Vegas for the great time known as WPPI, which was a week filled with learning, seminars, meeting other great photographers and good times! Here is one image that I shot and was mastered by the Fabulous Jim Garner!!! I learnt so many great things in the week and will be implementing some of the immediately. (once I have some time to catch up on regular life!)

January 21, 2010In December I took some maternity shots of Debbie, she was a beautiful pregnant woman full of curves. They had decided to get some newborn shots of their bundle of joy as well, so I met little Jacob when he was about 10 days old. So cute!!! Here are a few of my favorites from both shoots.
