Patty – Vancouver Maternity Photography

I shot Patty and Ryan’s wedding a couple of years ago at Nu restaurant, since then we have kept in touch through mutual friends. When I found out that they were expecting, I was so happy for them. They are such a fun loving couple! I was thrilled when they asked me to do some maternity portraits for them, as I feel like they have become friends over the years! Here are a few of my favorite shots from the day and I look forward to photographing the newest member of the family when he/she arrives!

Monday’s Shoot – Newborn Photography

I met little baby Colton when he was 10 days old. So cute, he is adored by his family. I look forward to seeing him grow as I get to photograph him two more times over the next year! Thank you Melissa, you guys were so patient! Oh and little Ruckus had to get in the shoot while Colton was taking a break! Looking forward to the six month session with everyone! Teresa and Iain

Beautiful pregnant Teresa and her main man Iain were referred to me by the very talented John Heil. It is always a pleasure and honor to be referred by another photographer and I took this assignment very seriously. Teresa and Iain are expecting and were excited and possibly a little nervous about their maternity session. Trying to ease nerves, I chatted away and slowly they began to relax and the result was some great, natural portraits of two people in love, waiting to make their family a little larger with a new baby! I look forward to meeting the newest member of the clan in the coming months! Thanks for being rockstars… like I knew you would be!!!

Bar Method Vancouver

I recently did a shoot with The Bar Method Vancouver. In case you don’t know who they are or what it is, you should check it out. Carolyn, one of the lovely models is the owner of the first Vancouver franchise of the Bar Method. The Bar Method is a transformational workout that combines ballet, yoga and Pilates to create lean, firm, sculpted bodies through its high intensity no-impact workout. They are opening their doors in early fall and I am sure there will be a line up out the door to get in on this fantastic workout!
