Brittany and Josh are a great couple. They had an amazing wedding day, which started with a first meeting at Queen Elizabeth Park, then some portraits throughout the park and Granville Island. The ceremony was at the Canadian Memorial Church at Burrard and 15th, with Josh’s mom singing during the ceremony, which caused some tears.. it was so touching. From the ceremony we went to the fabulous Brock House for a great dinner reception. It was a great day to be married and you could feel the love in the air!

July 28, 2010Here’s a movie-worthy love story! Gio and Ashlee met as actors in the Vancouver production of Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding, where they married every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. This month the couple made the news across BC as they said their vows – for real this time. I had the amazing pleasure of shooting their ceremony at the St. Francis of Assisi Parish followed by the reception at Brock House. May 31, 2010You may remember Robyn and Jeff from their engagement photos. Well the big day came and we were blessed with some great weather and lots of friends and family. The ceremony was at Minoru Chapel and the reception was at the fabulous Hy’s steakhouse, where family and close friends had an intimate dinner! Such a lovely day.
Some of you may remember Carly and Brandon from their engagement session a month or so ago. Well May 15 was the big day and it was a beautiful one! Carly and Brandon were married at the Pinnacle Hotel in North Vancouver, which is a beautiful brand new facility. This wedding party was so much fun… I really enjoyed hanging with this crew for the day! From getting ready to the ceremony and then portraits, Carly beamed the whole day… and as she was ready to start the ceremony, Brandon shed a tear or two as she walked down the aisle! They are so in love! Thanks for allowing me to photograph you on your fantastic day! You guys were a blast!!

May 23, 2010So the rolls were reversed yesterday. I received a last minute call from my great assistant, Chris, who had just picked up a last minute wedding and needed a second shooter. So I was available and able to help out! It was a beautiful West Vancouver wedding, as usual there was the threat of rain but it held off for the great couple. Paul and Mandy – Squamish Wedding Photography
May 16, 2010I have known Paul since Grade 8, he is someone who has always been in my life, being great friends with an ex-boyfriend as I was growing up and then becoming friends with my group of friends in my adult life; he is a true friend that I hope will always be in my life! When I met Mandy and saw them together I knew this was something special, I could see it in Paul’s eyes. Fast forward a few years, Paul and Mandy are getting married and I was so privileged to be asked to photograph their big day! Such an honor and pleasure to be a part of their wedding, with all the great people that I grew up with, the boys whom I cherish as great friends! It was a beautiful ceremony, even the clouds parted during the ceremony on a not so sunny day in Squamish! We went around the Squamish Golf Course to take portraits and Mandy was a trouper as the weather was a bit on the chilly side. Then back to the reception to snap a couple of shots with the vintage fire truck that Paul had managed to get for the big day. The whole day was great, full of love, happiness and great times that led to dancing the night away. Thank you Paul and Mandy for asking me to be there on your day, I am so happy for you and love you immensely!

Carly and Brandon- Engagement Session
April 20, 2010I photographed Carly and Brandon last week, again with a few reschedules due to weather and such, we finally had a great day to capture some beautiful images. Brandon proposed to Carly on Kits beach in Vancouver so we thought it was the obvious choice to do their engagement session photos. These two are so in love it is just ridiculous, I was smiling from ear to ear the whole time as I knew there were going to be some great shots from this session! I am so looking forward to their wedding in May, I have a feeling it is going to be spectacular! Thanks for the fun times guys, and I am glad it wasn’t painful Brandon!!
Robyn and Jeff
April 17, 2010I had the pleasure of photographing Robyn and Jeff last weekend, we wanted to get their engagement session in before the big day as their wedding is coming up on May 1st! A couple of rescheduled days due to weather we finally got a great day and spend a bit of time at VanDusen Gardens. They are a fun couple, with a lot of laughter….we had a great time! Looking forward to the wedding!
